Coming with the first european pioneers at the end of the 19th century,coffee cultivation Rapidly spreads by the hands of the local ‘colonos’ of andean origin in search of new lands. Having the knowledge of the famous Inca agriculture they soon kept the techniques Necessary for harvesting the best coffee.

Inca civilization and wondering way of life was based on the Sun Crop, it is the part of the crop That was each year saved to the Sun God.This was the basement of the wealthiness of the Inca Empire.

The Coffee can be considered as the Sun Crop of these days as it is produced by small farmers That hold intact their traditions and way of living, based in comunal work.
